Don’t you hate it when the product you love is suddenly removed from the shelves, because the company thought nobody buys it? At least I do. I’m sick of this stuff. Every time I found a product that I liked, not far from that it will be gone again. Why do they keep doing this to us. Is it so hard to invent a product that stays on the market for a bit longer? I think we are a creature of habit and when the companies change things all the time the customers just get more and more confused and eventually go somewhere else to buy it and that should not be the point, should it? So again, on Friday I went grocery shopping and stood in front of the shelves looking for the product that I liked. I just stood there staring and in my mind I couldn’t believe that they sorted the product out. So I asked the sales lady if maybe they moved it again (in the shop) or if she could tell me anything. She couldn’t. And that was when I saw that there were 3 or maybe even 4 new products for that one which was removed. Unbelievable. And the sales lady just said to me that I could write the company and maybe they see that many people want this and bring it back to the stores, just maybe. That’s when I thought if they would even bother reading my request. I mean it’s a big company and do they have time to read ALL the requests? Well, I don’t know. But lately I think that it doesn’t matter. Because even if I write them, I feel better and maybe, just maybe, one request let them rethink their strategy.
