Do you remember Cruel Intension where Sebastian kept a diary?Ever since I kept diaries I wanted a leather bound diary and I know they are expensive so I already looked in the States but they are expensive there, too. And when I found this little sweety on a discount I wanted to have it. And now it's mine...that's so greea! I am so in LOVE! (@Tini:I finally got my first one...isn't it great?)

Lucky day

A couple of days ago I found a postit on my door, that my groundskeepr had bought a wardrobe and asking when it would be a great time to build it up. Today was that day and I finally have new wardrobe where I don't feel it's going to collapse any minute...*happy*

 I also had to go to order some books in another library and I took the chance to go a little... Well, I bought two great things. The one thing means so much to me that it will get its own post...

 And I found a skirt which I am in LOVE with. It's made of linen and I am going to waer it during my upxoming trip! And the best part is that it was on sale and it just cost me 5 Euros...I guess it was my lucky day!;)

...some books. But also had to make some pics! Love this town, but sometimes I think the citicens are strange...

My work place

Clearly a temporarily one. But I have to admit, I get much more done at the university library! Unfortunately it's not as cozy as the one we had at St. Michael's College in VT, but this place isn't to bad either. And fact is, I get my work done, one way or the other...

Uni Library

Five days ago I started writing my term paper. Because in my apartment building is a lot going on, I decided to work in the library. The first three days I didn't get much done. But today I am really proud of myself that I did that much. I already wrote five pages. So I just have another seven to go. I hope the coming days will be like today. That way I can get it done in time and prepare myself for my vacation trip...^^

Something in between...

When I work I need something that distracts me from all the work in my head. So I read. At the moment I am just about to finish a book... Do you know that feeling? It's all coming to an end and you don't want it to be finished but nevertheless you have to keep reading because it's too thrilling to put it aside. Well this book was like this and now I have just one thing I look forward to. I am going to read them in the right order (1-4, not 4 and then backwards to 1^^) some time...

Work week

This week I hopefully get things done. I have to write another term paper and therefore I drove to my Uni City today...Here I can concentrate more and I am not distracted in some way. So I hope it goes well!

Today it is the tenth anniversary of 9/11. I hope you all think a moment about the ones that lost their lives in the Twin Towers and those who sacrificed theirs to help others. I hope you spend the day with loved ones and that you always keep in mind to enjoy each and every day.

Writing down the good old days...

I used to keep a diary when I am on vacation. But after I came back from US, I sort of handled it loosely. So now I have some catching up to do and I am writing down all the past vacations I have made. So far I am already into last year, since I haven't been able to travel much. There is also something else behind it. I will be travelling in about 3 weeks and of course my diary has get into the suitcase as well. So there is another motivation for me to write it down and finish it all before the next trip...

Cleaning up...

I have so much stuff for scrap-booking and other crafts that I needed some kind of organize system. I was looking for one for a long time but somehow it never matched my imagination of it. I found the perfect match in a hardware store. Normally it is used for screws and nails but now it will hold plenty of my crafting stuff...

 And I also bought new crafting stuff. My newest purchase is a puncher and tons of stickers..^^ Well, what can I say?I love it all...

What a week starter...

...this was!I had to do so much for Uni these days that I hardly did anything else. I am in a team were we have to write an portfolio in some kind of way and it was still so much to do. I evaluated it totally wrong and thought we were almost done but then out of the blue there were some many things that we still had to do. Fortunately we got it all together and so far I am very pleased with it, lets see what the lecturer thinks...

But that was not the only thing I had to take of. I also wrote an essay for one of my lectures. I sent it to the Prof in time via E-Mail and tried to contact him via phone. But somehow he thinks, he doesn't need to be reachable. So I called the University and tried to figure out if they knew where he was...they didn't. So I send him my Essay via snail mail and asked him to tell me if he got it. Now I received an E-Mail from his assistant that it made its way to Uni(a week after my first attempt to reach him)...But still I don't know if he got and will be reading it. I think when students have assignments for the Semester break the lecturer should be reachable in some way, so that you can ask questions. 

Now I have only one term paper to write and then I am off for a desperately needed vacation...;)
