A piece of heaven

I haven't been baking a lot lately. Mainly because CapheSunday was on a pause and because it was really warm and I didn't feel like eating a heavy cake. But the weather is kind of cold and rainy at the moment so I thought a little "pick me up" would be great. I decided to make some brownies. It's only the second time I tried some... the first time was not that good, very hard, not chewy and not really tasty. But I gave it another try and it really turned out awesome...;)

Raspberry Brownies
(recipe from Sweet Paul magazine)

You need:
85g dark chocolate
100g butter, unsalted
250g sugar
2 eggs

85g flour
1 tsp backing powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
dash of salt
100g raspberries (frozen or fresh)

You do:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a small pot on low. Take from the stove and add all the sugar to the chocolate mix. Then add the eggs and mix well.
2. While the chocolate melts, mix the flour, backing powder, cocoa powder and salt in a small bowl and then add this mixture to the melted chocolate-sugar-egg-mix. Stir it in gently until you have a smooth dough.
3. Put baking paper in a baking form, let the sides peek over the form. Fill in the dough. Add the raspberries on top and push them  down a little bit, softly.
4. Bake for 30 minutes and you are done. They taste great warm so you can serve them right away!!!
5. DIG IN!:P
yummy
...until it's all gone!
