CRISPY STUFFED RISOTTO BALLS
JI WARM BROWNIE
SORBETS

The food was just something to die for. Even when you were stuffed you wanted to have more.... ;) Especially the desserts, I mean the JI WARM BROWNIE was so tasty!!! It's a chocolate, raspberry & amaretto brownie with vanilla ice cream. And the raspberry in it just made a HUGE difference.
And that was not all. The place where my friend lives during her stay in Edinburgh belongs to one great cook!! And I am not exaggerating! Every dinner something different and the next was even better than the one from the day before. Just really yummy. For the last dinner, I could attend, she made some puff pastry filled with salmon, peas and other vegetables...Just so tasty. And she said: "Just something simple." Of course.... She has a whole bookshelf with cooking books...Just ONLY for cooking books...there are more book shelfs throughout the house. I would LOVE to have a bookshelf only for cook books....But wait--I think I am on a good way there....since I have already many!!;) But to cook like them is a whole different story. But the cooking landlord has all these skills and I think everything she cooks is just yummy...

so trueeee :) even more yummi every day :)
just one thing - I wouldn´t call Irn Bru the Scottisch Coke - it´s more like a drink that just doesn´t exist anywhere else - something, that I´m going to miss soooo desperately ;)
