The taste of...


Yesterday the backing fever hit me again and so I made to types of muffins I have never done before.

<- The first one is with Philadelphia (Quark). It is very delicious . It is a bit softer and I think its bit soggier than the nut one.

The second type of muffins I made are with almonds. Even though it was the same recipe they tasted somehow different. I may have put too much backing powder in it. Nevertheless they were edible.
